When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, and you agree to pay for all products ordered.
4. Customization:
You are solely responsible for the designs, images, or text you upload for customization. By uploading any content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
5. Shipping and Delivery:
We make every effort to ensure your order is processed and delivered promptly. Most orders ship out within 4 to 5 business days [unless you have opted and paid for expedited service]; however, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping that are beyond our control once your item is in the carrier’s possession. Artistic Krafts Kollective ships exclusively via United Parcel Services [UPS].
6. Order Issues, Damages, Returns, and Refund Policy:
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Please inspect your item(s) as soon as they arrive. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within three (3) business days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information. To report an issue, email us at [email protected] and provide the following information:
Claims submitted without photos WILL NOT be accepted. Items not reported within three (3) business days of delivery will be considered accepted as received and we will be unable to assist you with your claim. If an error occurred on our end or an item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the item. We do not offer refunds for these situations. We appreciate you checking your order right away so we can make things right as quickly as possible.
7. Intellectual Property:
All content on our website, including designs, logos, and images, are the property of our shop or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any content without our express permission.
8. Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you for the products ordered.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of State of Alabama.
