No Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with ARTISTIC KRAFTS KOLLECTIVE, LLC. Please review our NO REFUND POLICY below before making a purchase:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are made-to-order; therefore, we do not offer refunds OR exchanges on any purchase. Should it be determined that your order was processed incorrectly or you received the wrong item from Artistic Krafts Kollective, replacement items will be provided. You must report the error within three (3) business days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information. The same policy and procedures apply should you receive a damaged order. Send an email to: [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Brief description of the Issue
  • Clear photos of the item, along with packaging.

Claims submitted without photos WILL NOT be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS: Here at ARTISTIC KRAFTS KOLLECTIVE, we take pride in ensuring that every order reaches our customers safely and on time. While we work closely with trusted shipping carriers, once a package has been transferred to the carrier, certain delivery circumstances become out of our direct control. After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package using the carrier’s provided link. Please wait 2-3 business days after the estimated delivery date before reporting an order as “lost.” Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues; and we cannot help you until this time-period has passed.

If your tracking information shows that the order was “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please do the following:

  • Confirm the shipping address used for your order
  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your property manager’s office
  • Look around mailboxes, porches, garages, or designated delivery areas
  • If still not found, contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and file a missing package claim.
  • Once a claim is filed, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the claim reference number.

If your tracking number never updates or shows your order as lost in transit, please do the following:

  • Notify us by email at [email protected] within 3 business days of the last tracking update/activity.
  • We will review the case and may assist by contacting the carrier on your behalf.
  • If the carrier confirms the loss, we will issue you a replacement order.

4. RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER - Once an order leaves our studio and is scanned by the carrier, ownership of the package transfers to the customer and ARTISTIC KRAFTS KOLLECTIVE, LLC is not liable for a) Delays caused by the carrier; b) Incorrect addresses provided by the customer; or c) Stolen packages after confirmed delivery. However, we will do our best to help you resolve shipping issues.
